Bharatanatyam Dance Costume

PreOrder Items are ordered by us once a week on a Friday. We estimate shipments to reach us within three to four weeks. In some instances we will ship directly from our office in India to your door to attempt to reduce the wait period. There will be no additional customs charges as all these will be settled from our side. 

Product Details

Style: This Bharatanatyam dress comprises 4 pieces: Blouse (upper part), Pyjama with attached fan (lower part), Pallu/Dhavani (drape over bosom), and Back piece (hip cover/kamar-band). The costume is pre-stitched and ready to wear. All articles have hooks and/or drawstrings to fasten.

The pleats in these costumes open beautifully when the dancer forms a particular posture, especially arai mandi (half sitting) and muzhu mandi (full sitting).

Material: Polyester Silk. The costume is made from polyester silk with a beautiful golden brocade border. Easy and comfortable to wear. Can be used multiple times as the material is of excellent quality.

Care Instructions: Hand wash with care at room temperature. (Can be used upto 2-3 times without washing)

The authentic costumes are tailored to perfection, taking care of fabric materials to pattern design. The material of the Bharatanatyam costume is made of china silk fabric and is emphasized with the golden ̱zarį work at border.

Features: Polyester silk fabric, skin friendly, crease-free, great design and ready to wear.
