Returns/Exchange Policy : Local Orders 

 

At Desi Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, our process is simple and convenient.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

- You can initiate your return/exchange directly through your Desi Closet SA customer account under "initiate return"

- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

- Once we receive your request, our team will review the request and contact you within 48 hours to process either a return or an exchange.

- A courier will be arranged to collect the item(s) from you. 

Refunds and Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we’ll issue your refund/exchange promptly. 

You may choose between: 

- Store Credit: Perfect if you’d like to exchange or shop again soon. 

- Refund to Original Payment Method: Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used at checkout. Kindly be advised that this is processed via a third party, and will take a time frame between 4-10 working days.

Please note: All courier charges related to the return will be deducted from the amount you originally paid. The balance will then be refunded or credited to your account.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. 

- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

- No returns will be accepted on items purchased on final clearance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Return & Exchange Policy outside of South Africa

Unfortunately, due to the logistics of international shipping, no refunds, returns or exchanges are possible for our international clients. Therefore, please get in touch with us BEFORE placing your order so that we can assist you in being 100% certain that you are purchasing the correct size. We will not be able to process any exchanges, returns or refunds, so you must be completely sure that you are ordering the right size. We are happy to help you, so please pop us a message.
